MIND, BODY, FOOD: A SUPPORT GROUP FOR WOMEN
*Please note, this group is not currently active, but please reach out if you would like to be added to an interest list for this group!
Mind, Body, Food is a supportive group for women who are ready to discover life beyond unhappiness with their body. Together, we get to the root of self-limiting mindsets surrounding food and body, discuss lifestyle shifts for holistic wellness, and develop skills to embrace deep self-acceptance, self-compassion and self-love so that you can start living your fullest life as you ditch the self-criticism, self-denial and self-punishment that has been holding you back from the joy to which you are righted. We will accomplish this by closely examining the food and body narratives that you may have begun carrying at an early age. Through a positive psychology framework along with a blend of narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and psychosomatic (mind/body) techniques, we will learn coping skills to gently challenge and release the narratives that are not serving us nor supporting our best life, and we will learn coping skills to soothe our bodies and spirits as we welcome in the change, growth and healing. You deserve to love all of you.

Mindfulness skills and chair-based yoga exercises will be incorporated along with therapeutic peer support. The group will maintain a body-positive focus.
THE RESILIENT CONNECTION
*Please note, this group is not currently active, but please reach out if you would like to be added to an interest list for this group!
This group is for women interested in coming together around shared experiences, studying and inviting resilience in their lives and reflecting our inner-grit to one another as we progress towards letting more joy fill our lives. It is appropriate for any woman who has experienced shame, loss, disappointment, or hardship, or who would like to build resilience for whatever lies ahead. We will pause along the way to experience the transformative power of sharing and listening to each other's stories.
