Our Office:

We are currently conducting all therapeutic services through Telehealth video conferencing.  Clients may access the video session by clicking the link sent via email and opening in a web browser on a computer, or by downloading the free app, Telehealth by Simple Practice, to access the sessions by phone or tablet.

Through our Telehealth sessions, we aim to make the sessions multi-dimensional with various modes of interaction through the use of visuals and expressive arts.  We also direct our clients around making use of comfort items and other therapeutic materials that we may ask our clients to have on hand.  In this way, we work very hard to limit any potential barriers to Telehealth and to augment the benefits of Telehealth (the client's comfort within their own space).

While we are not currently offering in-person sessions, we do hope to begin offering one-on-one walk-and-talk sessions and outdoor stationary sessions on the farm where the practice holds office space, potentially as soon as Spring of 2024.  The farm is a 16-acre farm with rescue horses, mini donkeys, a pony, cats and dogs.  There are trails throughout the property carving around the horse pastures, through the forest, along a stream, and through fields of wildflowers and native plants.  The farm also has various locations for sitting and taking in the views during session, such as on the swinging bench, on the bench under the trees on the portion of the farm lovingly referring to as "The Shire."
Clients can also choose the spot on the farm that most speaks to them and we can bring camping chairs to that spot to hold our sessions.  It is a serene space that we feel so lucky to be able to use that serves the purpose of being a healing sanctuary for both people and animals.

In the very near future, we plan to begin offering in-person workshops, retreats, and expressive arts experiences in the restored barn on the farm.  Check back for details as they evolve!

The farm is located in Oxford, Pennsylvania, roughly 40 minutes southeast of Lancaster city, 20 minutes west of Kennett Square, 40 minutes southwest of West Chester, and a little over an hour west of Philadelphia.
